This fall, Garrett will host its new K-2 grade youth basketball developmental league. The league will run in the month of November on November 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd from 9-10 am with games played at Garrett High School and Garrett Middle School.

The cost of the league is $40 and a t-shirt will be included.

The core values of the league center around fun, fundamentals, teamwork, and confidence-building. Designed specifically for kindergarten through second grade students, the league emphasizes learning the basics of basketball in a supportive and energetic environment. Every child is encouraged to try their best, support their teammates, and develop both their skills and sportsmanship. The league believes that creating a positive first experience with the game fosters a lifelong love for basketball and learning. Through structured practices and exciting game days, young players begin their journey on the tracks of growth, guided by encouragement, respect, and the spirit of the Railroader community.
